He serves on the board of several ventures and leverages his background to advocate for individuals interested in career paths in healthcare and technology.

Donald Thomas has 25 years in the credit union industry. He understands the use of strategic planning, policy, and business case analysis to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of credit union operations in rapidly changing and dynamic environments and has successfully executed innovation and change initiatives in the credit union industry. In addition to having an Associate’s Degree in Computer Technology, Bachelor and Master Degrees in Business Administration, Donald is also a graduate of the Graduate School USA’s Executive Leadership Program.
